TECHNOLOGY PLAN CREATION AND MAINTENANCE
In conjunction with corporate leadership, your CIO will build and maintain a technology plan. This plan provides high-level guidance for the direction of your technology infrastructure and provides insight into potential future investments. Your CIO will research and recommend which new hardware and software will help leverage proven technologies to reduce expenses, improve security and identify opportunities for technology-enabled efficiencies. These recommendations include common hardware, software, and cloud technologies. CIOs are also available to do comprehensive ERP and line of business application selection and implementation consulting for an additional fee. This plan is updated annually.
