Granted, we’ve only been with IT Tech for one month, but they have blown away my expectations of what an outsourced IT Firm can be. The value I am getting for the prices they charge feel almost criminal (in my favor). They have allowed me to keep focusing on growing my business, by taking all the stress of data security and system maintenance away from me. I can’t recommend them enough.

We found IT-Tech after looking for a more reliable IT company. Our old IT company went out of business and a larger IT company assumed their contracts. We were with that company for 4 months. During that time, our main server died and we were operating at 50% for 2 1/2 months without any updates on when our new server would be connected and we would go back to operating at 100%. It was a nightmare not only for us, but also for our members. After meeting with Jeff at IT-Tech, he simplified what we had and got us back up in running in about a week. Since day one our service has been incredible, anything we need they are there and we don’t have to worry about it. I highly recommend them.
