If a problem is found, IT-Tech, LLC quickly repairs it to reduce or eliminate loss of productivity. Alerts for Essential plans are emailed to the client 24/7. Basic and Advanced plan alerts generated between 5 pm and 8 am Monday through Friday local time, holidays and weekends are emailed to the client. Essential plan alerts are always emailed to the client.
