Critical alerts generated on all plans from 5 pm to 8 am Monday through Friday, and holidays and weekends, are emailed to <<CLIENT>>. Basic and Advanced plan alerts generated between 5 pm and 8 am Monday through Friday local time, holidays and weekends are emailed to the client. Essential plan alerts are always emailed to the client.
