IT-Tech, LLC monitors software and hardware SNMP alerts for WAN connections to ensure uptime. For static VPN connections that have IT-Tech, LLC monitoring and management on both ends, we monitor connectivity for the entire VPN circuit. Alerts for Essential plans are emailed to the client 24/7. Basic and Advanced plan alerts generated between 5 pm and 8 am Monday through Friday local time, holidays and weekends are emailed to the client. Essential plan alerts are always emailed to the client.
