Every night, IT-Tech, LLC backup/recovery system creates an exact image backup of all protected PCs and Macintosh computers, including the operating system, programs, user settings, applications, databases and system state, without requiring downtime. This includes “bare metal” recovery, recovery of selective data or a full system restoration. This image is maintained for as many days as you require and will be quickly restored. IT-Tech, LLC owns and maintains all related backup software in use. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining all necessary hardware. Backup errors and alerts are sent to the end user by email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. This is required for any PC to be considered mission critical.
