ON-SITE SUPPORT DURING BUSINESS HOURS
IT-Tech, LLC provides full-service on-site support 8 am to 5 pm (Monday through Friday, not including holidays). This includes unlimited support for maintenance and repair, and Microsoft Office usage and troubleshooting. If an issue can’t be resolved remotely, IT-Tech, LLC will send an engineer to your site.
