IT Tech knows business technology and is well ahead of the curve when it comes to upcoming trends around things like AI-based hacking. They have a very hands-on proactive approach that’s custom tailored to each business.
Grace is a rockstar when it comes communication and client outreach, she’s a true people-person. Jeff is an absolute tech genius and quintessential IT savant. His natural knack for the craft is evident in his work, leading a company successfully through multiple industry disruptions.

What I’ve enjoyed most is the amount of education and insight they bring to the table. An MSP is generally not something a business owner spends a whole lot of time thinking about but the protection they provide is necessary, especially today. I feel confident sending referrals to IT tech because they can give a small business the IT sophistication of national brand for a fraction of what those huge firms pay. They have the perfect blend of deep industry knowledge while still being very personable and thoughtful about their clients. I highly recommend them!

IT tech is great. Definitely recommend them for anyone in need of business IT help. They know their stuff and will give you a personal touch

These guys are super knowledgeable, punctual, communicate, fair priced, and just all around good at what they do. I don’t think I could ask for more. I would send my grandmother to them with out fear.

IT Tech is the top shelf IT crew around! They are quick to answer their phones and respond when needed. That is something that is invaluable when it comes to IT. If you are having an issue, it is likely you need it resolved as quickly as possible. Stephen and the team at IT Tech are the ones to call for any questions or services IT related.

I have found IT Tech to be knowledgeable and very helpful

These guys know their stuff!

I met these folks through a business networking group I belong to, and I am nothing short of impressed. They really know their stuff and make the IT world much less intimidating for business owners like myself who feel less confident in that realm.

Love these guys. Knowledgeable, honest, prompt, and they just get it. Thank you Stephen and IT-Tech team for being who you are and doing the work you’re doing!

I have personally worked with IT-Tech on several businesses. I am continually impressed with how they keep up with technology and know how to protect businesses of various size to protect themselves from the many security network threats that are continually presenting themselves. I highly recommend them.

Friendly and knowledgeable!

I have known Stephen Edwards and IT-Tech for several years. They are extremely knowledgeable and have the highest of integrity. I recommend them for all your IT needs!

IT tech is a shop full of professionals. If your business or nonprofit isn’t professionally managed by an IT organization, you’re just playing Russian Roulette with your IT safety. Stephen is one of the heads of the organization, he is honest, cares about his clients, and if you work with him, you’ll never want to work with any other IT firm.
